On the evening of 16th September 2024, AUDIOWELL 25th Anniversary Celebration and Mid-Autumn Festival Party was grandly held in Zhaoqing, Guangdong Province, Mr. Zhang, the chairman of the company, delivered a speech, reviewing AUDIOWELL's past 25 years of brilliant history, conveying the spirit of inheritance and depicting the blueprint for the future. Good evening! On the occasion of the Mid-Autumn Festival, AUDIOWELL is celebrating its 25th birthday. Thank you all for your joint efforts in the past 25 years, it is this effort that has enabled us to come together today. Today is important, tomorrow is even more important!Today, we are gathered here with the aim of inspiring us to move towards a brighter tomorrow and to create a better life together. Here, let us take a brief look back at the journey we have travelled together.
The origin of the ‘gene’ for technological research
Twenty-five years ago, we received a drawing of a passive actuator from a customer with higher requirements for technical parameters. At that time, our capabilities did not yet meet the required standards of reliability and precision.
Instead of backing down from this challenge, we chose to delve into research and development.After three years of continuous efforts, we have finally broken through the technical barriers and adopted an innovative process to produce a quality product that meets the standards. It has been more than 20 years since this product was introduced and it is still being produced and sold today.It goes to show you that despite great challenges, if we put our minds to it, we can not only succeed in achieving what would otherwise be a difficult goal, but we can also make that success last for more than 20 years.

AUDIOWELL's achievement comes from dedication and heart, we are always committed to bring better products and services to our customers.I remember once attending a client's annual meeting, and I was so inspired by what their CEO said at the meeting that I have shared it many times within the company: Our products are designed to protect life, and while we hope that we never have to use them, they must be reliable and effective when they are needed.These words have deeply influenced me, and it is also the philosophy of AUDIOWELL to this day, that is: Be good, do better, create the best future.

The flame continues uninterrupted
In AUDIOWELL there is a group of loyal and heartfelt employees who have 10, 15, 20, and even 25 years of service. It is through their perseverance that AUDIOWELL has been able to continue to grow and prosper from generation to generation. Today, our team continues to grow with a new generation of AUDIOWELL employees joining us. Our success is due to the tireless efforts and legacy of generations of employees.
In 2015, AUDIOWELL was successfully listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations. By 2016, the company's strategic upgrading plan was launched and we began to upgrade our technology, products, markets and organisation. Since then, after eight years of development, AUDIOWELL has established four manufacturing bases, located in Guangzhou, Zhaoqing, Jiangxi and Malaysia.With the concerted efforts of all our employees, our product form has undergone a sea change. Our products have evolved from passive actuators to smart sensors, smart actuators, and many more products and solutions using cutting-edge technology.The passing of the torch from one AUDIOWELL member to another has brought about an uninterrupted future for our company's development.
Moving Forward with Firmness, Digital Intelligence Building for Development
Looking back, I am personally deeply convinced that the hard work we have done was worthwhile, and that it is these endeavours that have brought us to where we are today. As we celebrate our twenty-fifth anniversary today, I am hopeful that we will continue to walk firmly along this path for the next 30 or 40 years.
Over the past 25 years, we have witnessed a double transformation of our products and production methods.AUDIOWELL has transformed production processes from traditional manual operations to efficient mechanised automation.In 2022, we were listed on the Beijing Stock Exchange, winning the support of the capital markets and energising further market expansion.We are committed to enhancing our competitiveness in the international market, and to this end, we are making global arrangements, such as setting up a production base in Malaysia, to better serve the overseas market.At the same time, we are in the process of building a digital-intelligent factory, which is expected to be completed within the next five years, and which will significantly improve our professionalism and production efficiency.
Responding to a changing future with an unchanging philosophy
With the passage of time, technology, products and application knowledge may become obsolete, but the philosophy and culture rooted in the heart tends to be everlasting and new. The concept of ‘Be good, do better, create the best future’ is the consistent pursuit of all AUDIOWELL staff, and it will never go out of fashion. It allows us to meet the needs of our customers and improve our own quality of life at the same time. We would like to express our special thanks to our customers in various industries for their continuous support to AUDIOWELL, and look forward to continuing to work together in the future.
