Haptic Feedback Actuator Creates Haptic Solid State Buttons for Smartphones
On January 9, the industry's first haptic solid-state buttons applied to smartphones with haptic feedback actuators as the core components made a stunning debut at the International CES in Las Vegas, U.S.A. It utilizes piezoelectric haptic feedback technology to recreate a real sense of touch for cell phone buttons through the physical principle of the positive and negative piezoelectric effect, replacing the old-fashioned mechanical button interfaces with high-resolution localized tactile buttons to reshape the smartphone's Side button interaction.

2024AWE exhibits non-contact ultrasonic level sensors
On March 14th, AUDIOWELL exhibited for the first time in AWE the non-contact ultrasonic liquid level sensor integrated with transmitter drive, receiver acquisition, signal processing, parameter storage and communication interaction. As the core sensing component of the liquid level detection system, it is assembled in the water tank of the base station of the sweeping robot, and forms a warning system with the water refilling loop to provide timely warning for the robot in situations such as “no water warning”, “insufficient water”, “sewage full tank” and so on. Provide timely liquid level sensing guarantee for the robot in “no water warning”, “insufficient water”, “sewage full tank” and other situations, helping it realize fully automatic cleaning. The product is up to IP67 level protection, and can monitor pure water, sewage, foam water and other types of liquid 24 hours a day.

In mid-June, AUDIOWELL debuted its lead-free piezoelectric ceramic sensors at SENSOR+TEST 2024 (Sensors and Test & Measurement Exhibition in Nuremberg, Germany), which was “on-line” at ACE 2024 in the U.S., and attracted wide attention. Steering Wheel Haptic Solid State Button Solution Officially Released
On July 8, AUDIOWELL officially released its self-developed tactile solid-state button solution for steering wheel application at electronica China2024, which utilizes piezoelectric haptic feedback technology to reproduce the real tactile sensation for the steering wheel buttons through the physical principle of positive and negative piezoelectric effect. As shown in the on-site DEMO, the solution can provide multi-position adjustment of vibration; software customization of the interaction method; support for intelligent expansion to match the control of multiple terminals; and no bumps in the button area with smooth and fluent lines to beautify the steering wheel exterior design.

Gait monitoring program debuts at ICMD
On October 12, AUDIOWELL exhibited its gait monitoring solution for the first time in the ICMD held in Shenzhen, and demonstrated its monitoring role in gait analysis and training. The solution is able to keenly capture the pressure distribution of the sole of the foot during walking through a high-precision sensor array, and its non-invasive use makes it possible to conduct a long-time dynamic analysis based on continuous data flow, and also provides a quantitative basis for improvement in the fine design of smart insoles and scientific data comparison of rehabilitation programs.

Launch of jointly developed ultrasonic lead-free flow metering solution
AUDIOWELL and ScioSense jointly developed ultrasonic lead-free flow metering solution debuted at Enlit Europe 2024, the solution combines AUDIOWELL's self-developed lead-free piezoelectric ceramic flow sensors and ScioSense's top-of-the-line ultrasonic flow converter (UFC) AS6040, which is applied in the solution. Lead-free piezoelectric ceramic flow sensor built-in piezoelectric ceramic using self-developed materials (lead-free), in line with the current international advanced environmental standards, to ensure that the liquid measurement is more environmentally friendly, accurate, or will bring a revolutionary breakthrough in the field of flow measurement.
