This is what I look forward to most at our annual events. The growth of our younger generation represents the core driving force behind our company’s progress. Their development fills me with immense pride and serves as my greatest motivation to persist in this endeavor.

Customer and employee satisfaction saw remarkable improvements. Several products achieved breakthrough growth, while others maintained sustained momentum, laying a solid foundation for our successful completion of 2024’s goals. None of this would have been possible without the dedication of every colleague here and those at our Zhaoqing and Jiangxi facilities. To all of you, I extend my deepest gratitude!

In the new year, we expect our manufacturing division to further enhance efficiency and quality. Our business development teams must expand global market reach to establish AUDIOWELL as a worldwide brand. The success of new product R&D relies on seamless collaboration among R&D, marketing, sales, and supply chain departments. HR has strengthened talent support and employee satisfaction to ensure stable growth, while finance and quality teams have safeguarded fiscal health and product excellence.
