IC Pure Essential Oil Atomizing Solution adopts new temperature-resistant piezoelectric materials and environmentally friendly coatings, combined with a dedicated proprietary chip, to achieve direct atomizing of pure essential oils (no need to add water or other liquids), with a high degree of overall integration of the solution, which can be intelligently expanded with IOT, and provide intelligent and convenient aromatherapy atomizing solutions for common aromatherapy scenarios such as home, car, hotels, shopping malls and other common aromatherapy application scenarios.

High energy efficiency with atomizing viscosity up to 20mPa·s
AUDIOWELL's IC Pure Essential Oil Atomizing Solution adopts intelligent frequency tracking technology, which can self-adapt the vibration frequency of the atomizing piece to achieve better performance. The solution's atomizing viscosity is up to 20m Pa-s (equivalent to 19.9 million times that of water, note: under normal temperature and pressure, the viscosity of water is 0.001002 Pa-s), and the atomizing precision can be as high as 1mg, which makes the atomizing energy efficiency quite high.
Highly integrated, easy to use
The solution is highly integrated with atomizing, drive and other functional components, and the unique structure facilitates users to install and replace the essential oil bottle independently. The whole machine does not need to work continuously, which saves electricity and adapts to the needs of different occasions.
It is worth mentioning that AUDIOWELL's R&D team has solved the problem of liquid leakage and verified by dumping test that the whole structure of this solution is quite reliable as it does not leak liquid for 24 hours after dumping!

The independent IC adopted by the solution has a variety of communication protocols, applicable to different categories of IOT systems, which can achieve intelligent expansion functions for various needs, such as home IOT, automotive intelligent network system, etc. Remote control, voice control and other functions can be achieved through APP, AI intelligent system, etc., so as to make essential oil fogging more casual and comfortable.
Environmental protection and energy saving, strong resistance to dry burning
The solution uses temperature-resistant piezoelectric materials and environmentally friendly coatings to effectively protect the essential oil atomizing throughout the lead-free environment; at the same time to ensure that the atomizer is not corroded by the essential oils, the programme components used in the materials are required to meet the requirements of RoHS (except for exempted categories), REACH, VOCs, safety and environmental protection.
The integrated power of the solution is ≤1w, with low power consumption, comes with over-temperature protection, and has strong resistance to dry burning. Experimentally verified, the atomizing film applied by the scheme is continuously verified to dry burn 5000 times in 150℃ high temperature, and still maintains stable piezoelectric performance and good atomizing effect.
