Automotive Air Detection Solution--Car Dust Sensor, Focusing on In-vehicle Air Detection
The Car Dust Sensor is an automotive-grade dual-channel PM2.5 detection sensor based on the laser scattering principle. There are two different channels inside the sensor, and the air inside and outside the car can be pumped into the different channels through independent fans. When the dust-carrying air passes through the sensing area, it scatters the laser light, and the photoelectric sensor receives the scattered light and converts it into an electrical signal, and the microprocessor collects the amplified and filtered electrical signals, and processes them using specific algorithms, so that the PM2.5 concentration in the interior and the exterior of the car can be detected at the same time. PM2.5 concentration inside and outside the vehicle can be detected at the same time, and output by LIN/CAN and other communication methods.
