Raw Material Standard Volume Inspection
Since the density of the same material is the same, so the stacking height of the material in the container with equal bottom area and volume is the same, the proximity sensors (also called ultrasonic proximity switches) of the ultrasonic detection application program of AUDIOWELL can accurately detect the stacking height of the various materials, and are not affected by the morphology of the material, and have a wider range of detection than photoelectric proximity switches, which are capable of detecting solids only, and can realize standard heights of raw materials of all forms, such as transparent, liquid, and powdered. For transparent, liquid, powder, etc., all kinds of raw materials can realize standard height detection. Simultaneous detection of finished product size and counting
