Fresh air system is a set of independent air treatment system composed of air supply system and exhaust system, which is categorized into ducted and ductless. The mainframe of the fresh air system is composed of fans, control boards, sensors, filtration systems, noise reduction materials and housings. The sensors mainly include carbon dioxide sensor, formaldehyde sensor, laser dust sensor and so on. The function of laser dust sensor is to accurately detect the concentration of PM1.0/2.5/10 dust in the air and link it with the new fan. The laser dust sensor uses a laser as a light source, which has a higher signal strength than infrared light, and is able to detect dust with a particle size of less than 1µm. It also uses a special fan to generate a stable airflow to ensure the accuracy of sampling.

The DL0001 dust sensor has a laser diode as its light source, and its sampled air is propelled by a fan or blower into the designed air duct and detected. In addition, it uses an optimized mil algorithm to accurately detect dust particles as small as 0.3µm in size, and has a more compact and refined appearance.
