Product introduction
Ultrasonic flowmeter is to measure the flow rate by measuring the time difference between the ultrasonic pulse propagating downstream and propagating against the flow. It consists of a pair of master-slave ultrasonic flow sensors and measuring pipe segments, integrated with the ultrasonic propagation of the time difference between the signals for the operation of the circuit module, and through the serial port mode output instantaneous flow, total flow and water flow status and other digital information. It is mainly used in drip detection, intelligent bathroom, intelligent irrigation and so on.
Drip Detection
In daily life, there will inevitably be water pipes, plumbing fixtures and fittings, such as water leakage, which will not only cause a waste of water, and even cause huge property losses. Currently, more water leakage detection sensors have been introduced in the market. The products are installed on the floor, and when the sensors detect water or moisture around them, an alarm sound is emitted to alert the user; for water leakage that occurs in hidden places, it is difficult for such sensors to make a judgment. UltraViolet's ultrasonic flow meters are installed in water pipes and can detect the source area of a leak.
The ultrasonic flow meter provides real-time flow metering through ultrasonic sensors on its pipe segments; and can detect drips as low as 1~6 L/ h. The ultrasonic flow meter can also detect leaks in the pipe. Once the pipe leakage is detected, a signal can be sent to the electronically controlled valve to realize intelligent flow disconnection and avoid greater losses.
Intelligent Bathroom
